Welcome to LaGrange Design! We start every subscription with a single contract. The following contract spells out the terms regarding this subscription. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this agreement.

Your subscription rates and automatic payment frequency are dependent on the model you have selected. Your subscription allows you access to the CAD services provided by LaGrange Design as shown on the “services” page on the LaGrange Design website with no limit to the amount of services you may request. Your requests will be addressed one at a time and we strive to fulfill your requests promptly and efficiently. You reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time for any reason. If you have a request that is not listed in the set services list, you may be required to agree to additional terms in an independent agreement for the specific request. LaGrange Design is not required to issue refunds for subscription payments in the event of a subscription cancelation. LaGrange Design reserves the right to suspend your subscription for any reason at any time. If an automatic payment fails to process, the corresponding subscription will be paused until the issue is resolved.

LaGrange Design acknowledges that your confidential information is your sole, exclusive, and extremely valuable property. Accordingly, LaGrange Design agrees not to reproduce any confidential information without your prior written consent, not to use your confidential information except in the performance of your requested services, and not to divulge all or any part of your confidential information in any form to any third party, either during or after the term of this agreement.

In no event shall LaGrange Design, its employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, property damage, physical harm, or business interruption. The services offered by LaGrange Design are for conceptual and visual reference only and are not to be referred to as approved engineering or architectural documents. LaGrange Design is not to be held accountable for the structural integrity, life span, or quality of any products produced in relation to the services offered by LaGrange Design. It’s the subscribing party’s responsibility to double-check LaGrange Design’s work for accuracy and completion.

We take great care in maintaining the integrity and consistency of our work, which is why we only use our carefully crafted drawing styles and title blocks. It's important to note that we do not adopt or incorporate external custom styles or templates from our clients. This is to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely fashion with no reason for delays.
